BaaBaa's Deviled Eggs

6 hard-boiled, peeled eggs
3-4 T. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. dry ground mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Easy peeled hard-boiled eggs:
a freshly-boiled egg in a large mug. Place your hand over the top then shake and swirl the jar vigorously for a few seconds. The shell will break loose in big pieces, and you’re left with a perfectly peeled hard-boiled egg. This works best on freshly cooked eggs, not cold ones.


Boil eggs for 10-12 minutes, then peel. *See Notes for handy trick.

Cut eggs in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks. Mash yolks with a fork and add mayonnaise, dry mustard, salt, and pepper.

*Optional: Put the yolk mixture into a plastic zip-top bag and snip the end off one corner. Pipe or fill the mixture into the whites.

Cover and chill for at least one hour.
