Broccoli Slaw

INGREDIENTS

1  12-16 oz. pkg. broccoli cole slaw
1 pkg. Ramen Noodles, Chicken
2 T. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. toasted almonds
*optional garnish with green onions

Dressing:
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2  1/2 T. sugar
3 T. rice vinegar
1 chicken flavor packet from noodles

NOTES

*This slaw can be refrigerated up to 3 days.

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toast Ramen noodles, almonds, and sunflower seeds on a cookie sheet for 4-5 minutes. Remove once light golden brown and let cool for a few minutes.

Whisk all dressing ingredients together.

Mix all toasted ingredients with slaw. Add dressing and toss until everything is blended.

To chill before serving, put in a tightly sealed container and place in frig. If you need to serve sooner, place container in freezer for 15 minutes.
