1 large (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
pinch of ginger
Beat cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Fold in marshmallow fluff to combine.
Refrigerate, take out about 30 minutes before serving. Great used over assorted melon balls, fresh strawberries, any fresh fruits that can hold up to dipping.
