1/4 cup honey
4 T. unsalted butter
3 T. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 oz. dried fruit medley, diced*
1 – 1 1/2 cup rice cereal
1 cup instant oatmeal
*Any dried fruit will work in this recipe.
In medium saucepan, heat honey, butter, sugar and cinnamon over medium-low heat until butter is melted, stirring frequently.
Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in dried fruit, rice cereal and oats until evenly coated.
Press mixture evenly onto bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan. Cool completely.
Cut into bars.
