Hidden Valley Oyster Crackers

3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 envelope (1 oz.) Hidden Valley Ranch
     Milk Original Mix
½ tsp. dill weed
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (12-16 oz.) plain oyster crackers


This is an old school must have recipe. I grew up on it and still love it. It is one of those can’t stop eating recipes.


Preheat the oven to 275°F. Whisk together the first 5 ingredients. Stir until mixed through.
In a 1-gallon-size Glad zipper bag, add the crackers and oil mixture. Seal the bag and toss until well-coated.
Spread the crackers on an ungreased half-sheet pan in a single layer. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Let cool before serving.
