Ranger Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 c. unsalted butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 T. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
2 c. Crushed Corn Flakes
2 c. oats
1 c. coconut
1/4 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 – 3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans, optional
3/4 – 1 c. toffee pieces

NOTES

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease cookie sheets or use Silpat.

Cream sugars and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each, then add vanilla.

Whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and add to butter mixture. Fold in remaining ingredients.

Drop by tablespoons onto baking sheet and flatten a bit.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or 10-12 minutes for crispier cookies.

Remove from oven and allow to firm up on cookie sheet about 5 minutes.

Cool completely.
