Lauren's Watergate Salad

2 small pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) container Coolwhip, thawed


This recipe comes from my wonderful daughter-in-law. She made it for the first family holiday dinner we had with her.

The original Watergate Salad has nuts in it, but not in our family.


In a large bowl, mix together pudding mix, pineapple with juice, and marshmallows. Fold in whipped topping. Chill a couple of hours or overnight.
