INGREDIENTS
1 c. Hellman’s mayonaise 1 c. heavy cream 1 c. sour cream 5 T. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing powder 8 oz. bleu cheese crumbles, less for a milder flavor

Our family is filled with Bleu Cheese Dressing freaks. We could swim in the stuff. Leroy makes the best version of this dressing, which is totally adaptable to personal tastes. Mild flavor all the way to knock your socks off Roquefort goodness.
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, combine first 4 ingredients. Blend thoroughly then add 1/2 cheese crumbles and process until smooth.
With a large spatula, gently fold in remaining cheese crumbles. Place in well sealed container and chill for at least 3 hours.
