Gammy's Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 sleeve Ritz crumbled
1 egg
1/2 c. onion, sauteed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 chopped tomatoes or 1/2 c. tomato
sauce
Topping:
1/2 – 1 c. ketchup
salt and pepper, to taste
*2 shakes of Worcestershire sauce,
optional
NOTES
DIRECTIONS
Mix first 9 ingredients with fork then gently form into loaf and place in pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes then top with combined topping ingredients and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
Remove and serve.
