3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved &
1 English cucumber, sliced thin
3 celery ribs, sliced thin
*1/4 sweet onion sliced thin, *optional
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dried dill
zest from 1/2 – 1 lemon, per taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
In large bowl whisk together all dressing ingredients.
Add cucumbers, tomatoes and celery (also onion if using). Gently stir to combine.
*If you want to prepare ahead of time, make dressing and refrigerate in closed container. Prepare the rest of the ingredients and place in 3 or 4 separate zip lock bags. Place in refrigerator until ready to use. Drain any excess liquid from the bags then combine with dressing.
