INGREDIENTS
1 slice Dave’s Killer Thin Sliced Bread or similar low carb bread 1/2 avocado mashed splash of lemon juice 1 poached egg salt and red pepper flakes to taste *Micro Greens, optional
NOTES
Approximate Net Carbs: 11-12 grams
*If you would like a larger meal add:
1 more egg at less than 1 gram carbs or
add a 2 slices of bacon or 1 slice of ham for around 1 gram carbs
DIRECTIONS
Poach egg. Toast bread and top with mashed avocado. Lightly squeeze lemon juice over top.
Top with small handful of micro greens.
Serve with salt and red pepper flakes or black pepper.
