DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl combine chicken, cranberries, pecans and celery.
Stir to combine.
Add mayonnaise, salt, white pepper and mix well.
Place tortilla on a plate.
Layer with a spoonful of chicken mixture, sprinkle with a pinch of fresh parsley.
