Drain any excess water from tuna packet and add into a mixing bowl. Chop celery, tomatoes and pickles then add in bowl.
Squeeze lime juice over top and stir. Thoroughly blend in mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
Quick chill in freezer for 15 minutes. Spread on bread, then serve.
*Another option for this recipe is to substitute the dill pickle for 1-2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeno.
