Tuscan Garlic Sheet Pan Dinner

INGREDIENTS

½ c. olive oil
¼ c. aged balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
¼ c. parmesan
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. green beans
10 oz. grape tomatoes, cut in half
8 boneless skinless chicken tenders
1 zucchini, cut into chunks *Optional

NOTES

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°.

Combine all ingredients in a zip-top bag or bowl with a lid, and shake it all up.

Pour on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and spread everything out evenly.

Bake for 30 minutes.

*Optional, top with more Parmesan Cheese and/or fresh flat leaf parsley.
