Garden Chicken Casserole

2 – 2  1/2 lbs. chicken
1 stick of butter
Flavor God Everything Seasoning, to
3 c. frozen sweet peas
8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 c. of rice, cooked
1 c. sharp cheddar, grated
1/4 c. bacon crumbles


This recipe comes from the Weber household. When John and the kids are assigned dinner duty their joint creativity takes over. These little chefs, and John, come up with some awesome original meals. 

This is a very flexible recipe allowing for adjusting the ingredients to your personal preferences.


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and season with seasoning. Melt butter in a medium saucepan then add chicken and saute for 3 minutes. Add in peas and tomatoes then saute for 3 more minutes or until chicken is done. Once chicken is cooked through remove from heat. Mix in rice and cheese.

Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and add in cooked chicken mixture. Top with bacon crumbles.

Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or top is browned.
