Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and season with seasoning. Melt butter in a medium saucepan then add chicken and saute for 3 minutes. Add in peas and tomatoes then saute for 3 more minutes or until chicken is done. Once chicken is cooked through remove from heat. Mix in rice and cheese.
Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and add in cooked chicken mixture. Top with bacon crumbles.
Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or top is browned.
