Chicken Salad

 Serves: 4-5    |     Prep: 10 min     |     Chill: 30 min     |     Ready: 40 min

INGREDIENTS

2 c. chicken breast, cooked and diced
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 apple, small pieces
2 ribs celery, small pieces
1/2 c. red seedless grapes, halved
3/4 c. mayonnaise 
salt & pepper, to taste

NOTES

I always try to use Evercrisp apples if possible.

DIRECTIONS

Chop all ingredients and add to large bowl.

Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Adjust ingredient amounts at this point.

Chill before serving.
