INGREDIENTS
2 c. chicken breast, cooked and diced 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1/2 apple, small pieces 2 ribs celery, small pieces 1/2 c. red seedless grapes, halved 3/4 c. mayonnaise salt & pepper, to taste
NOTES
I always try to use Evercrisp apples if possible.
DIRECTIONS
Chop all ingredients and add to large bowl.
Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Adjust ingredient amounts at this point.
