INGREDIENTS
Stonefire Original Naan, 2 Count 2 – 3 diced roma tomatoes 1 clove minced garlic 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil 2 T. olive oil 1 tsp. red wine vinegar salt and pepper to taste pizza sauce Boar’s Head Bold Italian Herb Mozzarella cheese pepperoni, *optional 1/4 c. balsamic glaze

DIRECTIONS
Combine diced tomatoes, garlic, basil, 1 tbsp. olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Let stand for at least one hour.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Brush one side of each sheet of Naan with remaining olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes, or until Naan is slightly crispy. Remove from oven.
Top Naan with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and bruschetta. Bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese
