Egg Salad Sandwich

 Serves: 4    |     Prep: 10 min   |     Chill Time: 10 min         |     Ready: 20 min


6 hard boiled eggs, peeled & diced
3 stalks celery, diced
3-4 T. mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste
dry mustard, to taste
Sandwich bread
Lettuce, *optional
Tomato slice, *optional



Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

Chill for 10 minutes in freezer, if wanting cold egg salad (*optional).

Add a spoonful of egg salad mixture in between two slices of bread. Add tomato slice and/or lettuce if desired. Serve.
