DIY Electrolyte Drinks

Recipe: Citrus Energy Boost

1/4 c. fresh mandarin orange juice
1/4 c. fresh meyer lemon juice
2 c. water
1/8 tsp. pink himalayan salt
2-3 tsp. honey or maple syrup (adjust according to your taste)

Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a large pitcher.
Stir until the salt and sweetener dissolve completely.
Taste and adjust the sweetener or juices according to your preference.
Refrigerate before serving.

Recipe: Lemon-Lime Electrolyte Zinger

1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. fresh lime juice
2 c. fresh water
1/8 tsp. pink himalayan salt
1-2 T. honey or maple syrup (start with 2 tsp. then adjust according to your taste)

Directions
Squeeze the juice from fresh lemons and limes.
Mix all the ingredients in a large pitcher and stir until the honey and salt dissolve completely.
Taste and adjust the sweetener if needed.
Chill in the fridge and enjoy it cold for a refreshing taste.

Recipe: Berry Infused Bliss

2 c. water
1 c. fresh mixed berries (like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pink himalayan salt
1-2 T. honey or maple syrup (start with 2 tsp. then adjust according to your taste)

Directions
Add all ingredients to a large pitcher and mix well.
Allow the berries to infuse into the water for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Taste and adjust the sweetener or lemon juice as per your preference.
Chill in the fridge before serving.
Eat berries after you drink the water.
