Celery Salad

 Serves: 1-2    |     Prep: 5-10 min     |     Ready: 5-10 min

INGREDIENTS

2 ribs celery, sliced
4-5 Medjool dates, chopped
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
juice of 1/2 lemon
olive oil, to taste
1/2 c. shaved Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste

NOTES

This is the base salad that is great to start with and add other ingredients to.

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to bowl, toss and serve.
