Vinegar Based Cole Slaw

INGREDIENTS

2-3 c. cole slaw mix
2-3 ribs celery
2 T. pumpkin seeds
2 T. wonton strips
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
2-3 tsp. whole grain mustard, must be
     whole grain
1 T. honey or 1 tsp. of sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. celery seed or 1/2 tsp. celery salt
*Kosher salt, to taste
     (if celery salt is used omit)
fresh cracked pepper, to taste 

NOTES

This is the best packaged slaw mix because it remains crunchy. You can get it at Walmart.

DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, mustard, honey, olive oil and celery salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together coleslaw mix, celery, pumpkin seeds and wonton strips.

Pour the dressing onto the cabbage mixture and mix until combined.

Season with salt and pepper, and chill before serving.
